If you do your part and still get zero interviews, I don’t disappear. I fix it. And if fixing it still doesn’t work, you get your money back.

Here’s exactly how it works.

 

What this guarantee covers.

This guarantee applies to your professionally written resume, your rewritten LinkedIn profile, and the positioning strategy behind both. It is designed to make you competitive for roles you are genuinely qualified for. It does not override hiring decisions, market conditions, or employer preferences.

 

What counts as an interview request.

For the purpose of this guarantee, an interview request means a live screening or interview initiated by an employer or recruiter, whether by phone, video, or in person. Automated assessments, AI screenings, or skills tests that do not involve a human interviewer do not count as interviews.

 

Important eligibility requirement.

This guarantee applies only if you are applying to roles that are relevant to your background and experience, where you meet approximately seventy percent of the stated requirements, and where the listed or estimated salary is AUD eighty thousand or higher, or the equivalent in your local currency.

If you apply primarily to roles below this level, this guarantee does not apply.

 

Phase one. Using your new resume and LinkedIn.

After you receive your final resume and LinkedIn profile, you must apply to at least twenty relevant roles within thirty days. These roles must align with your experience and qualifications.

You are required to customise your resume appropriately for each application and to follow up professionally on at least ten applications. You must also keep basic records of your job search activity, including the company name, role title, date applied, and follow-up dates.

If you receive one or more interview requests during this phase, the guarantee is fulfilled.

 

Phase two. No interviews received.

If you complete phase one and receive zero interview requests, you must email me within thirty-five days of final delivery. Your email must include a list of the roles you applied for, the dates applications were submitted, proof of at least five application confirmations, and evidence of follow-ups on at least ten roles.

If these requirements are met, I will rewrite your resume and LinkedIn profile at no cost to you. The rewritten version will be delivered within seven business days.

 

Phase three. Applying again with the rewrite.

After receiving the rewritten version, you must apply to at least twenty additional relevant roles within thirty days. The same requirements apply as in phase one, including role relevance, resume customisation, follow-ups, and record-keeping.

If you receive one or more interview requests during this phase, the guarantee is fulfilled.

 

Phase four. Personal network introductions.

If you still receive zero interview requests after completing phase three, I will personally reach out to my professional network and make at least five direct introductions where relevant contacts are available.

These introductions are informational only and do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

 

Phase five. Full refund.

If you have applied to at least forty relevant roles in total, completed all phases of the guarantee, followed the process in good faith, and still received zero interview requests, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount you paid for the service.

There is no negotiation, partial credit, or alternative remedy at this stage. The refund is issued in full.

 

When this guarantee does not apply.

This guarantee does not apply if you apply to fewer than the required number of roles, apply to roles you are clearly unqualified for, reuse the same resume without meaningful customisation, fail to follow up professionally, cannot provide evidence of your applications, apply primarily to roles below AUD eighty thousand, or request a refund before completing all phases of the process.

Good-faith effort is assessed primarily based on documented applications, role relevance, resume customisation, and follow-up activity.

 

A note on timing and flexibility.

The timelines in this guarantee exist to keep the process fair and effective for both of us.

If you narrowly miss a deadline, contact me immediately. Minor extensions may be granted at my discretion, but they are not guaranteed.

 

Why this guarantee exists.

Most guarantees are vague by design. This one is not.

It exists because I am confident in the positioning process, and because results improve when accountability is shared. I do the strategic heavy lifting. You still need to apply.
